Hot Fudge Pudding Cake

Ingredients

For Batter

• 6 tablespoons melted butter
• 1/4 cup Dutch cocoa
• 2/3 cup sugar
• 1 tablespoon vanilla
• 1/3 cup whole milk
• 1 large egg yolk
• 3/4 cup flour
• 2 teaspoons baking powder
• 1/4 teaspoon salt
• Pam

For Topping

• 1/3 cup sugar
• 1/3 cup brown sugar
• 1/4 cup Dutch cocoa
• 1 1/2 cups water

Instructions

1. In medium bowl, mix butter and 1/4 cup cocoa together with whisk.
2. Whisk in sugar, vanilla and milk
3. Add egg yolk and whisk together
4. In seperate bowl, sift together flour, baking powder and salt.
5. Add the dry ingredients to the wet, mix with spoon to combine.
6. Spray eight 6-ounce custard cups with Pam.
7. Pour batter into cups, dividing evenly.
8. Combine the topping ingredients and sprinkle the topping mixture over each cup.
9. Gently pour 3/4 tablespoon of water on top of each cup.
10. Place cups on rimmed baking sheet
11. Bake 20 minutes at 400 F.
12. Serve warm with whipped cream.
